| 2. CONTEXT AND MISSION The SNA trainer will be assigned to SNA team in training department of Passerelles numériques Cambodia. The SNA trainer provides training to students, follow up, and consult in order to improve the learning of students to be fruitful. As well, produce documents in accordance with teaching methodology, pedagogy, and curriculum. 3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of SNA Coordinator, the SNA Trainer will be responsible for the following tasks: ** Training Delivery - Prepare and deliver courses, homework, workshops and exams to students on topics such as: Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems, Computer Architecture and Maintenance, Cisco and Computer basic skills - Identify the materials required for the practice of your course and manage it - Participate to the design and updating of the IT training curriculum - Ensure strong students follow up, identify and support the weak students, manage mark and action for your exam - Keep abreast of technology in your field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences ** Teaching Methodology - Constantly improve the pedagogy and exchange with colleagues - Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching issues Others: - Participate in social mission, tutorship, Virtual Company, and placement activities. |
