Job Description
• Support related Dept. for system and customer issue • Support and consult customer for issue and or requirement • Receive request and support accordingly all kind of available services • Follow up ticket case until closed • Monitoring network system and operating network system • Maintenance access network system frequently as schedule • Backup system configuration frequently as schedule • Update network system documentation when anything changed or updated • Keep network system get updated • Troubleshooting network system problem • Update information and technology from partners and vendors for applying in network system |
Job Requirements
• Graduate IT university • Good in English (Reading, Speak, Writing) • Chinese speaking is a plus • Interesting in study and research network system and internet • Understanding about network technology and transmission media • Understanding about telecommunication and transport technology • Understanding about internet and online services • LAN and WAN system knowledgeable • Cisco and Linux knowledgeable • Specialist certificates are required • Work hard and overtime work • Work in shift (24/7) • Honest behavior, careful and seriously thinking about work • Support customer on site and or remotely • Long term work commitment • Ability to work in province |
